Brand Manager
Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing the Business Unit’s sales, Marketing and business development programs for the achievement of gross profit and defined marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development and sales to ensure brand alignment and integration across all touchpoints.
- Establishes and nurtures brand relationships with internal stakeholders, external agencies, partners and suppliers to ensure effective execution of brand initiatives.
- Develops and executes comprehensive brand strategies, including brand positioning and target audience identification.
- Defines and communicates guidelines and ensures consistent brand messaging and visuals across all marketing and communication channels.
- Oversees the implementation of brand campaigns, advertising initiatives and marketing programs to drive brand awareness, engagement and loyalty.
- Develops and monitors sales, gross profit forecasts and marketing budgets for appointed brands.
- Monitors and analyzes brand performance, including market share, brand equity and developing strategies to enhance brand performance.
- Ensures appropriate stocking of appointed brands and monitoring of expiry dates on hand to implement prompt
- Ensures product distribution objectives on product quality and availability are being met.
