Our Condiments
Swiss condiments are a household name within Trinidad and the Caribbean region and prides itself on using quality ingredients in every pack.
We introduced the revolutionary Swiss Katerpak format, for the convenience of restaurants and caterers, followed by the smaller Econopack pillows.
Our most popular innovation, the “spouch”, is a pouch with a spout and cap, this format proudly holds our ketchups, mustards, mayonnaise and barbecue sauces. We were the first to bring this type of packaging to the Caribbean region, and consumers have embraced it. The Spouch can be folded and squeezed as it is used, thus taking up less precious space in the kitchen cupboard. The packaging also allows us to offer our condiments at a lower price point than bottles, and without compromising our business sustainability.
Mambo Sauce
The Swiss kitchen has always been a melting pot of flavors, so by continuing our focus on product innovation, we decided to spice things up with Mambo sauce.
This is a versatile condiment sauce that can be used to dip, grill and marinate its way into the heart of your kitchen.
Paired perfectly with fries, wings, wontons and just about everything else. hence why we coined this sauce, our ‘Everything Sauce’.
Ketchup
Our Ketchup is the category leader in many Caribbean markets, providing a sweeter flavour profile that is synonymous with Caribbean cuisine. We also offer a ‘spicy’ ketchup, which resonates with the Trinidadian market.
Our signature ‘Spouch’ provides consumers the convenience of easy pouring and space saving storage. Our lay flat provides a one-time use format for bulk use and can be poured into a dispenser. Many restaurants and caterers may utilize this format for their business to use in cooking, as a condiment or as a base for making sauces.
Mustard
