Trade Marketing Coordinator
Position Summary:
To develop and implement Trade Marketing plans in line with the brand and marketing strategies and ensure that plans are executed at the trade level in all geographic territories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements planograms and layouts at the retail level in alignment with the brand strategy.
- Supports the Sales and Merchandising teams with the execution of trade activities while ensuring the brand/s benefits and values are appropriately communicated.
- Monitors and analyses competitive activity while formulating a structured approach to sharing monthly.
- Conducts trade audits and develops reports to ensure ROI on all trade marketing activities, rentals, specials and discounts monthly.
- Implements channel-specific marketing strategies and plans for assigned retailers.
Qualifications/Experience:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or any related field with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Sales or Trade Marketing.
- Experience in an FMCG industry will be an asset.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation skills.
